Kitchen Extension and Internal Alterations
 

This extension to a detached family house creates an open-plan kitchen/dining space. EKJN orientated the extension to the West, with a new glazed Western gable and ridge-glazing to bring evening light deep into the plan while permitting views of both the garden and the distant setting sun.

The bright, high-ceiling Kitchen extension makes full use of this angular corner plot.
