St Nicholas Primary School, Broxburn
Two Classroom Extension to Existing School Building

EKJN provided detailed design, Project Management and CDM Coordination services for this two-classroom extension to an existing school in Broxburn and associated expansion of the adjacent Playground. The project was designed to maximise off-site construction in order to minimise disruption at the school and to ensure that construction could continue through the Winter months.

The project includes natural ventilation, solar control glass, passive solar design principles, high levels of insulation in a timber-frame construction, and locally sourced materials.
