Development of 16 New-build and Converted Flats in Leven, Fife
 

This project consists of the conversion of a former Fife Council office building into eight flats, the construction of eight additional new-build flats, and provision of additional on-site parking.

The range of one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats are both contemporary and sustainable, with photovoltaic panels included on the roofs and high levels of insulaition throughout.

External materials are designed to be low-maintenance, and level access is provided to the flats wherever possible.
