Pollock House, Edinburgh
Domestic Extension to create Swimming Pool, Gym and Dog Room with Sustainable Power Generation and Heat Recovery

The addition of a new Swimming Pool, Gym and Dog Room has transformed this house in the West of Edinburgh. The pool is heated by a closed-loop heat recovery system which recovers moist air, reuses the heat and condenses the water to keep the pool topped up.

The pumps and LED lights run on power generated by a photovoltaic array on the South-facing roof slope.
