Frater House, Candie
Kitchen and Dining Room Extension

This project provides a bright and open extension to an existing detached house in Candie. The extension features a stunning offset cathedral-roof which is emphasised by a timber-slatted ceiling finish, exposed oak ridge beam and rooflights at high level.

The drama of the interior space is in contrast to the more modest external appearance of the extension, meaning the addition remains in keeping with the buildings of the surrounding area while being trully unique internally.

Frater House is complete with a large bio-fuel boiler running the under-floor heating system to provide the extension with environmental sustainability as well as a fantastic internal area which provides the clients with the extra space they need.
