Forth View House, South Queensferry
Three-Storey Extension and Alterations to Existing House
 

Completed in 2013, Forth View House makes the most of the site's dramatic views of the Forth bridges, including a grandstand view of the new Queensferry Crossing.

The extension incorporates extensive North-facing glazing to maximise the enjoyment of the spectacular views across the Forth, and comprises a Family Room on the Ground Floor, a Bedroom on the First Floor and additional floor space to an existing Attic Bedroom on the second floor.

The extension and alterations leave little of the original house untouched, and include glass balconets, an American Walnut staircase, underfloor heating, PV panels and solar thermal water heating.
