New-build Office Building
 

The EKJN team prepared designs for this new 88sqm Office building in 2008, on a site overlooking the historic town centre of Linlithgow.

The proposals place a full emphasis on renewable energy and sustainable design, featuring passive solar heating, Summer shading, an air to air heat pump, stack-effect ventilation, solar panels and a wind turbine.
