Single-Storey Sun Room Extension and Internal Alterations
 

This modest timber-clad Sun Room extension brings a touch of colour and warmth to an existing rendered house in the Livingston Village conservation area. Glazing is maximised to flood the Sun Room with natural light while also bringing light deep into the building's floor plan via an internal three-part glazed folding doorset between the extension and the main house.

The works are completed with a new Kitchen and external decking, and the minimalist design is accentuated by a glass balustrade and flat roof.
